The right maintenance work depends on the site. A static website and a plugin-based content management system have different update needs. We review the platform and account access before agreeing to backups, security updates, or restore checks.
Three levels of ongoing help.
Essential — $99/month
Monthly website health review, backup and restore checks where supported, applicable platform and security updates, and up to 30 minutes of small content changes.
Growth — $199/month
Essential care, up to 60 minutes of content changes, a monthly traffic and inquiry summary, and an on-page SEO review for one priority page.
Growth + Marketing — $349+/month
Growth care, up to 90 minutes of content changes, monthly marketing priorities and reporting, and local SEO or Google Business Profile support as scoped.
Editing time is the total for each plan, not cumulative, and does not roll over. New features, redesigns, subscriptions, and advertising spend are separate.
What happens when something needs attention?
We identify the issue, confirm whether the work fits your plan, and agree on any additional scope before proceeding. Response expectations, service schedule, billing, and cancellation terms are set out in the care agreement. A care plan is not a promise of around-the-clock support or uninterrupted third-party services.
