Information you choose to share

Our forms ask for contact details and information about your business or proposed project. In the default email workflow, the site prepares an email for you to review and send using your own email service. Long questionnaire responses can be downloaded to your device and attached by you. Preparing or downloading answers does not send them to us.

How we use inquiries

When you send an inquiry, we use the information to respond, discuss your project, and provide requested services. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send passwords, financial account details, health records, or private customer data through these forms.

Website technology

This site does not install advertising or analytics trackers by default. Your hosting provider may process standard connection and request information, such as an IP address and requested page, to operate and protect the site. Your email provider processes messages you choose to send. If direct form delivery is enabled, the configured form provider processes the details you submit to deliver the inquiry.

Your device and downloaded answers

Online answers remain in the current page until you choose an email or download action. They are not automatically saved by this site. Downloads remain on your device under your control. On shared devices, close the page and remove any downloaded responses you do not want others to access.

Website speed tests

If you use the speed-test button, the public page address you enter is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights in a new tab. Google processes that request under its own privacy terms. Do not submit private links or URLs containing access tokens. The speed test does not send a project inquiry to us.

Questions and requests

To ask how an inquiry is being used, request a correction, or request deletion, email ncmountie26@gmail.com. We may need to retain relevant records for an active project, business administration, or applicable obligations.
